Gunsko has successfully project managed a number of projects on behalf of clients. Clients have included private individuals, investment funds and development companies.

Gunsko has the capability to provide full project management services including:

• Scheduling and managing work programmes;
• Representing the site owner on site and in key meetings;
• Liaising with the Local Planning Authority;
• Liaising with the local community and neighbours; and
• Managing contractors on site.
